why is it when i rate stuff and build up my level that when i log on the next day im back down way lower than i was before?

i levelled up to 80.5 then the next day i was back down to 70 .54

then back down to 70.30 so i rated and spent time in my coven i worked back up to 79.44 and i log on today and im right back down to 79.30....

why cant levels stay were they are?

i work 12 hour shifts so i aint got the time to be sat at my computer 24 hours a day rating things, at the rate im dropping points i will be a whelp soon!!
