well to go somewhere to be a slave and have no rights would be insane, yet, many do it all the time they do it as a way of discipline for themselves yet, that would have to be a choice and a new way to live so that they may learn from the experience.

I don't think anyone ever willingly decided to become a slave as a test of character.

You are going to start war world III. What you are trying to ask is, if you get inducted into a coven, and then, you don't like it there, then, you get blind, that is like being a slave. You will not be enjoying VR the way that is suppose to be.

well, XxTCPxX, that depends on how well the place is. To me, I would never go anywhere that would appeal to my self-interest.

well, for all males from 18 to 25, u need to register with selective service. That is not by choice. In any case, having a cause that motiviates you to do something might indeed be enough to make you go something that you don't want to go.

I think military service is a bit different than VR. They cannot be compared to eachother.

Also, if this is about VR and you are questioning forced induction, you should have read about the site before joining.

Why on earth would anyone want to willingly go into slavery and be treated as an outcast? That sounds a bit S&M to me-spank me and treat me like the beast I am...Perhaps someone with totalitarianistic veiws...This is an odd question.

If it were giving up my freedoms to be a SEX SLAVE to the most beautiful boys and girls where all we do is fuck, then sure.....

I think just about anyone would... if it appealed to them in some way.

Now look at VR (this web site), so many people on this site want to belong to it, this is what appeals to them... to LET the site owner play a mind game with them to see how much he can take advantage of them and control how they think. First makes the stupid rule for no reason "will be inducted into groups against will", and explains it as "cause I'm an ass and I said so", (((which he did on purpose to build drama))), then he says "but if you stay long enough then you can remove the group", same with being blinded in a group. It's just a test, that's all. A test to see who conforms, how easily they conform, and to see if they accept authority without questioning, as well as to see who sticks around without caring at all and not letting any of this affect them.

Most people on this site think they are outcasts, but Cancer is testing everyone to see who can really think for their selves and I can tell you this, most people on this site and probably most of the people that work for him all failed this test.

Cancer, you should post the results of your test already and change the BS rules you made before you drive all the intelligent free thinkers off your site and end up with a site full of mindless conformists. More people would support this site if it wasn't ran by a dictator. I have nothing against you personally, but if you do something wrong and I can't call you out on it behalf of some rule you made up that says "cause you said so" then you have some serious mental problems, but it's all good... just more drama to keep the kiddies glued to their computer monitors, right?

My advice, don't let it bother you. If the groups controls and options suck this bad, just don't use them and spread the word so no one uses them. If the site owner really wants to drive everyone off this web site, then so be it, it was his call from the very beginning.

If one does not like the rules of the Rave, rather then post a rant that belongs in a journal, why not just delete said account or try becoming Sire. Instead of starting a thread that will be RIP'ed in no time. Because of the subterfuge used within the threads question, some were obviously confused while others still caught on to what the purpose of the thread relates to.

This could have been a very decent thread had it not been for the purpose of a rant in the end.
