I realize I will stirring the fecal material here, but I really am curious. On the VR home page are the following words:
"We are a home for real vampires across the globe."
For vampire believers this is a rough equivalent of saying "this is the church where the spirit of Jesus lives".
So the question is this: Why would an atheist go to such a church (or any church at all?).
There seem to be a dedicated few that apparently only visit the site in order to tell everyone else that they are wrong.
If the target of the comment dares to come back with "no, its what i believe to be true", then that is the signal for another post letting the person know how foolish they are.
why bother? if i have a neighbor that likes my ford ram pickup, i may tell them once that its actually a ford f 250...only dodge makes the rams...but then if he continues to use the term, ill just thank him and move on.
if someone absolutely disbelieves in vampires, ghosts, god, santa, satan or the congress of the united states, how is that any skin off of my nose?
if someone absolutly believes in vampires, ghosts, god, santa, satan, and ....well...(nobody believes in congress...but i digress) how is that any skin off of my nose.
jump right in and tell us why you feel that you need to either shout down others that vamps are either real or not real. i really am curious, and i promise to keep an open mind.
i dont plan to respond to any posts myself as im going to try (TRY) to practice what i preach here, and just let everyone state their opinion without any counter posting on my part.
should be interesting!
This thread just recently closed. And honestly I REALLY think a break needs to be had from this topic for a bit. The last thread turned into nothing more then a bicker.
