Hello. I am Captain Sprinkles and I need ask you all a question.
thank you for reading this forum. I presume it will help me alot.

Q: what do you think is a good idea for my novel to include?
ie: Name of werewolf... I don't wanna call them lycans
I need a few ideas on where to go with my story...

If you come up with an idea and are willing to share, please do.

you can always call the werewolves epidermiously challenged

what do you mean?

for instance i have come up with a few ideas...

-in the TV show 'True Blood' whenever a human tastes a vampires blood they fall in love with that vampire.
so my idea is that my character, Serene, is changed by davey and thinks she is in love with him. but then falls for a werewolf and must decide between her two lovers

-Serene wants to meet her human mother but davey talks her out of it because she might kill her mom

-Serene figures out a way to become mortal once more. does she take it or leave it?

-Serene finds out that her older brother is a werewolf

-some of the vampires get together and turn Serene's mother.


please tell me your thoughts on the subject...

i just came up with while i was in the shower: (don't ask)

-Serene's human ex follows a vampire trail to her and is shocked to see her as a vamp.

-"Michael" is a vampire hunter (Serene's ex)
*He kept it from her while they were dating to keep her human life safe. He didn't want her to get involved. Now he knows he can tell her, so they might get back together.
*Michael still loves Sarah(Serene)

-Michael spills dirt on Davey's lies to Serene:
*Davey made Serene fall in love with him via his blood
*Davey has an alliance with the wolves that is crucial to the pact made by Mother
*Davey is chasing a new human female, just like he chased Serene. She (serene) is nothing new.
*Davey killed Serene's father, after controlling his mind to make him beat her mother and leave. And thereafter, putting the thought into her mother's mind to move to London.

*please tell me if you don't like where this is headed and have read the start of my book*

spell= cast out
*serene and davey must take mother to the sunniest place on earth to find a rock that shines a very royal blue and yet ruby at the same time. but only mother can tell the difference between this rock and all the others.
*this rock holds a special amulet that held above father's grave during the hottest/sunniest part of day for 3 hrs by mother will bring father back.
*only a certain "sky dweller"(fairy) can open the rock. they don't know where she is. Her name is Eostre.

werewolves under the name of one of the following:
*ManMahes: God of Heat/Sun
*Pryderi: God of Animals

i think i am going to go with pryderi for werewolf name

werewolf name is cool.

I like it.........just finished a werewolf manuscript myself........in the editing/tweaking stage, getting ready for submission.

I recommend looking up names of/in European countries, they usually make the best selections.

i would have a hard time asking ppl to look at it. it is so much more out in the open here so that i can have ppl comment more often... but thank y'all for the heads up... how would i start a forum-like post in my journal?

You can always call them Loupe Garou, it is a Southern term.

but the Loupe Garou is a term used by the movie "Blood and Chocolate" i wanted to come up with a new name that has never been used.

hence the name Pryderi. he is the god of animals.
