If you see the stamp below on a VR members page could you please refrain from inducting them as they have pledged to be in Eternal Sanctuary. If you will post an example of your pledge stamp here myself and others will know what to look for to avoid inducting your pledges as well.

No offense, but that completely undermines the Society system.

Vampires don't choose to be turned...

There is a reason there are forced inductions. People aren't supposed to have a choice.

That and I know of a coven that will induct someone simply because they have one of those stamps. >:)

how does it undermine the society system? there is nothing in the society system that says members MUST be force inducted only that they can be. I know full well that some will not respect this but some do operate under a code of honor and will respect it. Even if you look at vampire fiction and legend some vampires only turn, embrace or whatever you prefer to call it people that accept it willingly. Covens and Houses that grant me this respect will get my respect as well.

It does undermine it. The is a vampire-themed site and it is first come first serve. People can listen to you, or choose not to and that is completely okay- and more than okay. Cancer set it up this way for a reason. Abstract explained it perfectly.

I'm going to close this thread because I see the potential of it getting too heated.
