Greetings all,

For all Aussies that may roam this realm, especially those in Victoria, Australia.

Every year in the last weekend of October, there is a huge pagan gathering held at Mt.Franklin in Victoria at Beltane.

Happens every year and at Mt. Franklin you camp the whole weekend in a dormant volcano. Last time I went there were over 8,000 pagans turned up. The drumming circles were absolutely fantastic especially moreso with the acoustics supplied by the volcanic walls (treelined).
It is so easily, when listening to these drummers to slip quickly into trance without effort. The Mountain is a most powerful "battery" of energy and although it CAN be a long weekend (time and activity wise), one still feels refreshed once home again. For me its a 2-3 hour drive from where I live, but hell its worth it.
