On the way to Liverpool and the late

afternoon sun adds both light and

shadow to the variant greens around

me, as I write and listen.



And, on a day like today, it feels as

if the blossoms on the tree, were put

there especially for me.



On a day like today, the sound of the

birdcall is there, just to please me,

personally.



On a day like today, even the sunlight

the sunlight that glistens on the train

windows that goes the other way from

where I want to be, is put there, just to

please my eyes.
