I went out and about and wanted to shout, as I’d glance to the floor and once more see cans and bottles left lying around, much of it by a litter-bin, which I considered a sin: made even worse when many of these bottles of water were left by a walker, seeking to aid their health, as they leave their rubbish in the green.

On a sunny day I went my way, wearing the wrong glasses, so I could not see how cruel and nasty, other people can be.

I left home and went up the road, toward the shops on a sunny day and noted the litter by the bin; and my temper rose as I watched the woman with the pram on her phone; ignoring the child seeking her attention, as she dropped the wrapper from the chocolate bar she’d previously had, as her child in pink, dropped her bottle of drink to the floor and looked up for approval, ‘coz she was acting ‘just like mummy.’
