I am noticing a few of those who had me on their friends list have removed me.

I apologize for not being able to be here as much as I had been. But with the new job and all the craziness in my life at this moment, I just can't get my shit together. I do come in every day to check my messages and I do reply to those as quickly as I read them...

So if you have left me...I am truly sorry to see you go.

Maybe I can work on my time management skills and find a way to spend more than just a few minutes each day with you all.

I do miss you...

My New Years eve was pretty uneventful. I slept through it...again!

Jimmy had to work so we didn't even get to go out to dinner as we had planned. Sometimes I REALLY hate the snow. But on the other hand it is what is paying the bill during this time of the year, so I probably should stop complaining about it.

I worked yesterday, the Malls only close for Easter, Thanksgiving & Christmas. We weren't very busy, due in part to the storm, so I was able to get some much needed cleaning and restocking done. I'm still having some issues with A, she just doesn't get that I ma now her supervisor and we are NOT equals any longer. So no matter what I ask her to do, she basically ignores me. There is a new procedure for closing out the register at night and when I tried to show her last night she absolutely refused, saying that since she hadn't been shown by our manager, she wasn't going to be doing anything different until Mariana (the manager) personally shows her how it's done...*sigh*.

And the area manager comes this weekend...A thinks it's no big deal because we have all worked side by side with the owner of the company. However, this is the person who approves the schedules and has the final say in when and how many hours you work each week. Seems like you wouldn't want to piss this one off...even a little!
