So, I admit that I am not a genius - not by a longshot. But I feel miles above some of our customers, at least when it comes to intelligence. And I'm not talking about rocket science either. I know there are things I will know or understand that a customer won't, especially after more than 6 years in this job. But I'm talking common sense stuff. You know, like if you don't have service with my carrier for wireless but you do for landline then DON'T give me your cell phone number. Not only do I not need it but you are wasting our time with your nonene. That's right. OUR time. Not just mine but yours and mine.
