New ceramic bird baths came in. One turquoise and the other white. Both antique with two birds on each rim. Similar to what I had before but without the rust and peeling paint, which of course I couldn’t keep. Will balance and support them tomorrow, but at least they’re up for the birds. Rounded the stone edging I layer down, kept tripping over the bloody thing. And poured the concrete yesterday to cover the hole in corner. Next, I need another fifty more stones to add the top layer on the other side and around back. Then glue them down, and add more pebbles. Once I’m finished, I’ll scatter the semi-precious stones back. And yes, I do have semi-precious stones scattered throughout my yard, by the handfuls. Still fighting the Podocarpus I planted. Damn things are acting up. Weather doesn’t help but they’ll get the message eventually.
