The Ultimate Vampire Resource and Directory

3rd of July my husband came home and mowed the grass at around midnight.
It is hot, we live in the country, our neighbors know he works most of the day. No one cared that he mowed that late.
Spent most of Saturday prepping for grilling with the kids. My son invited his new roommate.
My daughter picked up the fellas and all the "kids" went to buy the fireworks, instead of us doing it this year, and also returned with a pool for the little kid to play in.
We let the goats hang out with us in the front yard while we hung out and cooked.
The fireworks were minimalistic, kid stuff really. There were a lot of tiny fountains and bang bang type stuff.
The chickens didn't like the ones that whistled, the dogs ignored all of it mostly and the goats, being back in their yard, hung ut with the stray kittens and didn't seem upset.
Some loud things did go off but no harm was done.
My granddaughter got to make everyone play with her as she chose one person after another to light fireworks of her choosing for her. She purposely targeted people who were on their phones, because she hates that shit.
It was a generally nice evening.
