I have been 9.94 for an hour. No amount of rating and profile adds has kicked it over that last little bit. Sigh....I cant wait until I can message people all the time.

You just cant live on the wages.

I live in a very pressurized environment. My dad's an OBGYN and my mom is an Attorney. I am their only child and I am wasting my life away with paints and pencils.

Yes, I know I am 20. Which makes it that much worse because I should be 2 years into pre-med by this point. Instead I spend my days creating. Trying in vain to release all my head junk onto canvas.

Im am in a family of high achievers. Doctors, Lawyers, Psychiatrists, Professors, Engineers, the list goes on. How fantastic for them.

They got to do what they want, why can't I? Everyday its the same thing. DO SOMETHING WITH YOUR LIFE. YOURE WASTING YOUR POTENTIAL. blah blah blah.

So this entry turned into a pity party for a kid who has everything and cant see what real problems are. I get it. This rant is benign compared to women suffering from genital mutilation in Dufar. I also happen to be painfully self involved so who cares about Dufar. I have daddy issues damn it!

You aren't wasting your life. You can do more with it. I'm 20 as well and still believe in my art.

Im so fucking done. I just ended the only relationship Ive ever attempted. I hate relationships, I have never believed in them and now I know why. Once you enter 'relationship' status, both parties involved lose about 20 IQ points. The stupids kick in and you both go around like a couple of mentally disabled fish.

I can honestly say I'm glad to have my brain back. Welcome back IQ, I missed you!

Preaching to the choir, - I feel myself becoming dumber whenever I truly fall for someone. Glad to be single, being in a relationship is like being brainwashed at times.

Ok. Now that all the 'getting started' stuff is over with, here is a journal entry.

This is a perk that I can get used to on here. I need one of these things.

My brain gets too loud and annoying and if I put it down in some form of medium, it helps. Most of the time that medium is in the form of artistic indulgence. I may or may not share my art in the future. That is to be determined.

I think I like this place. Thanks to Easternstar for the referral. Now....How do I get passed around like a piece of meat...
