Last night I had a dream where I was a crack addict because I went to sleep watching a documentary about crack dens in Brazil. Honestly I've had some scary dreams but nothing like this, it was so vivid and it just really scared me. Like I couldn't think about anything except getting another hit, and when I couldn't get one I just wanted to scream and peel my skin off and stuff. I've never been addicted to anything so I have no idea where it came from. I'm never going to do drugs though. Ever. I've been restless all day just thinking about it. But to be honest I think I'm going insane anyway so it doesn't really matter.

Sometimes our brain holds the last images before we close our eyes and druft to sleep. The last you saw was the documentary that had to do with drugs so its normal your brain play tricks in your dreams and bother you with such.

Do not worry or think you are getting insane.

It like when you see a horror movie that is so scary that in your dreams you keep seeing the same scary images.

Deep breaths and all will be forgotten
