I am so ... Idk. But I just feel like telling this site all of my secrets. Because fuck regular people, anyway I wanted to go over the magic equation that was posted on my page in the terms of going over how Psychokinesis and magic go hand and hand in trying to make a physical manifestation.
Doing a spell or enchantment releases energies in the Astral realm or Spiritual Plane to manipulate energy on a different plane to affect this (The Physical) plane.
To create a proper manifestation of anything on this plane three of the most important things must be in sync (The Mind, Body and Spirit) it's cliché, of course. But there is a reason everyone keeps saying the same thing, it's because it works. Take a Psy-Vamp for example, when there are times when you need to feed a you just don't care who it is at the moment. You simply just feed, without second thought just like a second nature. That's how it works, we put limiters on ourselves and when we accept something new it takes some time getting use to it. Also is like a muscle we haven't been using so it takes time to train it. Ok I'm done with the first part of this lecture.
I'm sorry to go on like this but this is my online journal and I need to vent. Hoping to myself that going over this will inspire me to keep going on. My magic has been weak lately and I'm running a bit low on spirit, I haven't been feeding, and I just can't concentrate. I feel like shit. Ok back to it.
Using this equation to create a Psi ball and when I say create I mean physical manifestation.

Creating a Psi ball is almost completely Psychokinesis but it would look like this; SP×PK=KI(D+C)
SP or Spiritual Pressure/Presence or Power is very important in energy manipulation because your spirit ties your body and the spiritual realm together, think of it this way. (Your body is a temple and in that temple is a portal to a different dimension and when you open that portal it releases energy from that dimension into this one. And your body or the temple acts as a filter used to manipulate the energy waves.) And Keen Intent is the design of the filter, without clear intent of what you want it won't be possible to create any manifestation. You have to mean it, it doesn't matter how you strain your face or muscles. It's something you have to relax and then do. Focus is key, use meditation to center yourself. Then with Visualization (V) and Determination (D) picturing how it's shaped, and using your spirit to bring forth the energy. You should start to feel it being built, keep practicing and comment I'd love to hear your thoughts.
