I’m sitting here, looking at the layout of this site, and I realize that nothing has changed. Actually, let me take that back. The site is the same, but the people? The people have gotten softer.

Lately, I’ve been hearing the whispers. I’ve been hearing the idle gossip. People talking behind my back, hiding behind their keyboards, tucked away in their little dark corners of the forums. Nothing to my face, though. Never to my face. But that’s nothing new, right? That’s the status quo around here.

But here is the kicker—these are the same people who want to stand on a soapbox and preach about “honor.” These are the same losers who want to talk to me about “respect” and the “sanctity” of this community.

Let me tell you something. I’ve been on and off VampireRave since the very beginning. I was here in 2004 when half of you were still trying to figure out how to put on your first pair of fishnets. I’ve seen the rise, I’ve seen the fall, and I’ve seen every pathetic "re-brand" in between.

So when I say I know people—when I say I know exactly who you are, who you were, and the fake-ass way you’ve presented yourselves for the last two decades—you best believe I remember. I have the receipts. I know the history. I am the history of this place.

And now? Now I have to deal with these weak-ass snowflakes. You think you’ve got “intel.” You think you know how things work. You think you’re “elite.”

Let me let you in on a little secret: You know jack.

You’re playing checkers while I’ve been the King of the board since the Bush administration. You want to keep talking shit? You want to keep poking the fire? By all means, keep going. Because I want you to understand something very clearly:

Your hatred for me? It doesn’t hurt me. It doesn’t make me want to leave. It brings me joy. It’s the fuel that keeps me the Best in the World.
