1/2 cup Sliced Zucchini

1 Sliced Green Pepper

1 Sliced Tomato

1 Sliced Onion

1 lb Fillet Fish

1/4 tsp Salt

1/8 tsp Pepper

1/4 cup Water

1 tbs Butter

1/8 tsp Paprika

*** Place 1/2 of vegetables in baking dish. Season fish with salt and pepper and place on top of the vegetables Cover with remaining vegetables. Add water, dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes.
