Darqualian slave Law
These are the rules by which your servitude will be based. These laws are modifiable at my discretion. If there is an issue that arises with any of the laws; you will place in your journal the concerns that you have and upon review time, they shall be discussed. Infractions are based on a numbering system of 1 through 5, where as a 1 is considered to be a minor infraction with a somewhat playful slap. A 5 is the most serious of all infractions and punishment is administered as a single-full-swing-swat with a leather or wooden paddle. I sincerely suggest that you take this document and its contents extremely serious.
Discipline
Level 1: A light smack on the bottom or tap on the lips of face. Infractions that will warrant a level 1 punishment includes; rolling of the eyes, asking or answering a question that does not start and or end with Sir or Master.
Level 2: A quick smack with more force that a 1, yet definitely harder. Infractions that will warrant a level 2 punishment includes; joking at the Master’s expense, poor sportsmanship, not typing with proper etiquette .
Level 3:A solid swat to the buttocks or affected area. Infractions that will warrant a level 3 punishment includes; failure to follow party etiquette or rules. Disrespecting any submissive person in my house or any other house, Doms/Dommes spend quite a lot of time training their subs and do not require an opinion from a sub. your demeanor and behavior reflects upon my training abilities.
Level 4: A forceful swat with either a hand, paddle, cane, or any implement at hand. Confinement is another option available for use as a disciplinary measure, and may include 15 days of segregation from your Master and fellow brethren. While on discipline, permission will not be given for any reason, so “DO NOT ASK”. Infractions that will warrant a level 4 punishment includes; willful disregard of the Laws of Darqualia. Gossiping in front of any Dom’s or subs that may hear your words are is punishable. Words, more time than not, can be sharper that than the sharpest blade and slice to one’s soul. In the event that you are a house slave, your workload will be increased and you will not be allowed to speak for any reason. you will not be allowed to sleep in the Master’s bed, and you will sleep in a confinement. Reading privileges will be revoked, and you will spend your free time writing a 30 30-page essay as to, “Why the Laws are so important”. Two days will be added to punishment for each infraction during segregation. I.E., If you were to say “i need”, that would be an additional 4 2? days.

Collars
Collars are to be worn at all times in the presence of your Master, mother, or and brethren. The color of the collar will be determined by Master. There are a number of collars and ratings.
Practice collar- A collar that is made of a piece of cloth that wraps around the neck so that some subs can become used to the restriction of their neck.
Public collar- The style is discretionary by the Master. A public collar can be a practice collar, colored choker with a pendant and the color is decided by the Master. It can also be a traditional ½” leather strap with or without rings or adornments. This collar is used for day to day travels and munches.
Training collar- Is any collar that has a width of a minimum of 2” and will be fitted with three rings and a buckle. Snaps are not allowed on training collars, as they tend to give way when being used and can cause injury to the sub/slave.
Posture collar- A collar that is designed to teach a sub or slave, proper posture. And, and comes in heights widths from 2 ½” to 4’’. This Curved Posture Collar makes the wearer stand straight and tall. The curve provides some room for the wearer's jaw line, as opposed to the Straight Edge collars, which compel the wearer to keep their chin up and head back.
mother or overseers collar- This collar can take the form of any collar, but is denoted so by decorations chosen by the Master. This collar is given by the Master to a sub during a collaring ceremony with witnesses present. There are some variations to this collar that make it choker with a pendant. This is used by very special subs that have proven loyalty and allegiance to the Master.
Laws
House & Training Laws
• Upon initial meeting, when appropriate, present and prepare for inspection.
• Sir puts on collar.
• Dirty dishes are to be put only in the sink.
• Dishes are to be done at half load or more.
• House attire: heels, collar, cuffs, ankle cuffs.
• Anniversaries, collarings, etc.: lingerie is appropriate attire.
• Service command: kneel, open mouth, and prepare to service Sir.
• Rear Service command: bend over and spread your legs.
• Front Service command: lie on back, spread your legs, hold outer labia open, with your breasts between your arms.
• It is acceptable to ask for a shawl, if you are cold.
• you may not ask for release from service during a session.
• When hosting a Play Party, your role is house servant; lingerie is appropriate attire, preferably a corset.
• Preparation for dinner party: shop in the morning for freshest foods. Start preparing meat and vegetables three (3) hours prior to dinner.
• Dinner will be served promptly at 17:00, beginning with the first course, followed by second, then third, then fourth.
• Before clearing the dishes, ask the G/guests if T/they would like more; if not, ask permission to remove their dishes.
• Chores are to be done daily.
• Any hesitation upon command is to be punished immediately; severity to determine the number.
• Follow every command, regardless of who is present, with one (1) exception: in the presence of children. Exchange servitude for politeness.
• Sleep in Master’s bed at his behest; otherwise, in pre-arranged quarters.
• Rise at 06:30; prepare coffee and breakfast to be served at 07:00.
• After breakfast, review journal with Q/A.
• When coming to the house, you must be clean, shaven, douched and enema’d. Fingernails and toenails will be painted. Bras are unacceptable at any time, unless required otherwise. Panties are only allowed one (1) week per month, and upon request.
• While in session, answer “Yes, Master” or “Yes, Daddy”.
• In public, refer to Doms/Dommes as “Sir” or “Madam”.
• Wear your public collar.
• Purchases of $25 or less are at your discretion; $26 and up requires permission.
• While driving, if you know a turn should be made, and your Master is unaware, ask “Sir, if it pleases you…” and denote the direction.
• your floor pillow will remain at your Master’s house.
• you will be allowed one (1) hour per day for social activities with other subs.
• Exercise 30 minutes to one (1) hour per day.
Club Rules
• Call everyone but subs “Madam” or “Sir”.
• subs have no title.
• When being introduced to Doms/Dommes, stand with hands together and look at their chest or shoes, head bowed.
• Speak only when spoken to.
• If your Master is speaking with another Dom/Domme, and He/She asks you to get a drink for Him/Her, look to your Master for permission. Wait properly, until dismissed.
• Dismissal is denoted by a kiss, nod, point, or verbal command.
• When asked by a Dom/Domme if you are collard, answer “yes” respectfully.
• Don’t shake hands with a Dom/Domme unless He/She extends His/Her hand first, then hold His/Her hand in both of yours.
• Curtsey only if at an appropriately themed party (Southern, etc.).
• Party attire: as instructed by your Master; dress appropriately.
• Permission must be obtained in advance to deviate from the dress code.
• If a Dom/Domme asks you to play, answer “no thank You” without permission.
• When serving multiple people, serve your Master first, then other Doms/Dommes.
• Serving rules: stand to your Master’s right and wait. If you notice someone’s drink is empty, ask T/them directly if you may get them more. Traditionally, Their sub will take care of Them.
• If seating is limited, defer your seat to your Dom/Domme, or to another Dom/Domme, and sit on a floor pillow.
• Ask questions in a whisper, in your Master’s ear.
Public Laws
A sub will not look any Dom/Domme in the eyes without express permission from your Master
Public conversation at a social gathering is not allowed unless preapproved by your Master. This will be determined prior to the event.
In public, you will refer to me as Sir, not Master. In front of your family or children you may call me by first name, unless no other person around can hear.
Public collars will be worn in public. When around family, you will wear a choker that will sit as close to your neck as possible.
Doms/Domme’s will be referred to as Sir or Madam. you may call them by their titles, I.E., Sir Bob, Master Evan, Mistress Cynthia, Madam Traci, Never Master or Mistress.
All subs/slaves will ask permission to leave.
Serving Rules
Cooking outfit is an apron, collar, cuffs, and high heels, with breasts exposed, except when cooking.
Serving attire is lingerie, collar, cuffs, and heels. Hair will be done.
Ask the G/guest if H/he or S/she would like more, or if you have permission to take H/his/ or H/her plate or if T/they would like more, . Nnever remove a plate dish, glass or utensilor bowl without permission.
Pay attention to the fluid levels of the glasses and ensure that they do not hit bottom, unless T/they express that T/they wish no more.
Attitude
A sub/slave’s attitude must be pleasant and upbeat during social gatherings. E/everyone has a bad day from time to time but you can not let it get in the way of your duties, punishments, or pleasures.
There will be no public display of poor attitude. The punishment will start at a 4.
