Laughter fills the air around me, but it touches me not.
Razor points sail by, missing me by mere inches.
The waters come over my head, I sink into the depths.
Leagues of water crushing me pitilessly.
My mind loses coherency and rationality.
All becomes as I am.
I see the world around me, understanding not.
My world is all I know, all I see, all I hear.
I reach out to harm my opponents, and they laugh.
The bloodbark moon shines down cold upon my face,
The sun's harsh rays a dim memory.
I feel no longer love or pain,
The touch of grass, the sound of water.
Wraiths flit by me, unaware,
seeing only their narrow sphere.
The thirst grows deep within,
all consuming, driving the madness.
The cracks form and widen,
my mind fractures.
Boredom, neverending and total, is all that remains of infinite life.
Death... at least that would be something...
