Well, I tried astrally projecting myself again last night...



There seems to be something blocking me from doing any sort of ability. If I try to retreat into my subconscious and see my past self, all I can get are dim feelings, sometimes a slight feeling of attachment to a certain place or name.



As far as projecting, I am able to separate myself psychically from my body, but then... not actually leave. I feel myself separate, but it's as if there is an enormous weight on me, holding me in place, and when I try to go anywhere, my physical body begins to shake violently, and move as though someone was trying to pick it up by the ribcage, and I feel myself pulled back into it.



I feel cut off, like any psychic abilities are being blocked by something.

Because what you are experincing is not astral travel or an attempt.



Sounds to me like you are concentrating too hard,and thats what causes about 99.9 % failure.Try relaxing and empting your mind.But just before you do that,pick a place,think about it one time and leave it alone.Once your mind is empty,you should have no problems.I should go on its own.No shaking,or pulling or anything of that nature. best of luck.:)
