this can be done in the shower as well.

My future mother-in-law has had acne fairly most of her life, but it was mostly around her mouth and on her chin. I saw her yesterday and she's completely clear skinned! She told me about it and what the proceedure is and I tried this and i'll tell you what, i'm on my way to having clearer skin for the price of spice. I already see results of it all clearing up immensly.

Wash your face with soap in water at least once until you seem it is clean.



Sprinkle into your hand some ground Ginger. (that's right, the herb-season-your mother has in her spice rack) You don't need a lot; so be leary of over doing it.



Rub it into your skin with an even amount or close to it. It will burn, so do not use extremely hot water. (make sure you do not get it into your eyes)



Let it sit on your face until you cannot stand the feeling of the burning any longer.



When done with the rinsing you'll still feel a slight burning sensation. What it does is get the pores open and deteriate the stuff that's clogging it all.



After the sensation of the shower is done, and your drying off, put the water on as cold as you can stand it in the sink or shower. Let it run until you think it's as cold as you can get it or stand it. Splash cold water on your face or put a cloth under and place it on your face. Let it sit; you can also use the cloth and press it in to your skin. What it does is close the pores up.



Take a before picture if you want to see if it works. And after a week or two weeks time, take an after effect picture to show yourself the truth.
