I would love it if my peers were competant and I would love it if my peers would handle the drama for their own teams. I am tired and it's been a long week.



Tonight, I'm trying to settle in and get stuff done and an employee from another team comes up to me with an issue. Drama. It's like my peers just can't get their shit done in a timely manner. I know that I'm not perfect, but I don't leave drama for other people to deal with.



I have a lot to do as a manager and when I have to manage your team as well as mine, it makes me a little cranky. Especially when I do it by the rules and they run around making excuses for their lack of competancy. Truthfully speaking, I feel like I'm burning out at work. I need to get some time off on the calendar and enjoy a long weekend for myself at some point in time.
