Got up today...taught the kids how to swim for 3 hours. I then did 20 laps, most of them freestyle, which is what I am building myself up to do.
Not going to be able to drink 2 bottles of water but at least one is down so far.
Not sure I feel that I have lost much weight....but we will see tomorrow morning.
I did 15 reps of 3 different arm motions with 5 lb weights. 10 reps of 2 different leg motions.
I stretched, took my meds and am on my second bottle of water for the day.
I work tonight, so if I can, I will do some laps.
Ok, did some walking.....and drank 3 bottles of water.
Need to remember to stretch every day.
I have been doing pretty good the last couple of days....yesterday, I will admit I stumbled.
I wasn't feeling well but I did get 2 bottles of water down. I'm taking day by day trying to build up.
Today, I got up and went to swim classes. I will tell you, if anyone says being a swim teacher isn't considered an active job....try it once.
So, after 3 hours of teaching kids, I took an hour to myself, to swim laps. I did about 20 laps, some front crawl, some just kicking, some doing a cross country power walk in the water.
I'm pooped. 1 bottle has been drank so far....
I'm getting there...

You go girl!~
20 laps is seriously awesome.
Well done! I think the hardest thing about excerise is in getting started, but trying to fit into a tight skirt gets one motivated!
I started again last week - I took a hour out and managed a half mile swim. I was mega pooped! and to think before the holidays I swim a mile in every session!! *shock I can't do it anymore!*
Yeah, I know. Everyone makes a resolution to loose weight. I am told that my being overweight might cause an issue in my getting pregnant, so...here we are.
Although my weight has not effected my health as of yet, I know that having a child, will be a toll on my body and I prefer to be at a lower weight.
Currently, I have low blood pressure. 100/74.
My cholesterol at last screening was 202.
I am on thyroxine, for low thyroid.
I am on 4mg of Folic Acid, for MTHFR. "The MTHFR gene provides instructions for making an enzyme called methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase. This enzyme plays a role in processing amino acids, the building blocks of proteins. Methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase is important for a chemical reaction involving forms of the vitamin folate (also called folic acid or vitamin B9)."
I also take a Multi-Vitamin.
My starting weight is .....for me to know lol.
I will be listing what I do here....hopefully I will stay on this course, for longer than a couple of days.

Good luck!
I am dealing with the same issues kinda....only my blood pressure is super high so I have to get that down before being inseminated. Good Luck to you! I know how heartbreaking not being able to get preggers is. Have you been told to "think positively" five million times? It gets so old!!
