Been away for a while. My internet was shut off due to nonpayment. It has been a crazy week with meeting with lawyers and what not. My eating went to hell in a handbasket. I really need to order the instant shakes that are meant for being out an about. Anyways I'm gonna be doing an update in a week since this past week was a wash.
Sorry for the delay. It has been a crazy last night and day. My kids have been sick so I've been cleaning up messes. Anyways, the results are in. Even with cheating with pizza, ribs, slaw, and going two days without a shake due to running out, I still lost 1.8 pounds which brings my total pound loss up to 10 and 5.5 inches which brings my total inch lost up to 13.25. So I still lost some but not as rapid. Cheating has its impact on diet and it always will. However on this diet, it only slowed it down. I think its important to consider how cheating affects it because in real life, there are always instances of cheating on your diet. Things happen, birthdays occur. The real man and woman cheats on their diet every now and then. Least I wasn't sent alll the way back to the beginning like I have been with weightwatchers all the time. There are no pictures this week because the difference is minimal. There will be no cheating this week and a updated picture next week.
Well tonight is another weigh in and a new picture will be taken. Its been an interesting week. Not only was it father's day and I splurged by chowing down on some slaw and barbeque ribs, I ran out of shake for a few days. So its gonna be interesting to see how it affected the results. I prefer to refer this whole process as the real process. People are gonna cheat on their diets, its a fact of life. There are very few die hard dieters that never mess up. There are times that life gets in the way or that the food is just toooo good to pass up. The test of a good diet is does it send you alll the way back to the beginning for messing up or just slow down your progress. I cant' wait to take my measurements tonight and see how this diet did.
Alright its been a week later. My weight is 259.4 and I've lost 7.75 inches. This week was a challenging one as I had relatives in town which lead to (you guessed it), cheating. I had pizza on one night and taco bell on another. I know bad bad Sami. However to my pleasant surprise, it only slowed down my weight loss process throughout the week but I still did lose .3 those days. Other weight loss programs, I would have paid dearly by gaining pounds. Mind you though, I cheated carefully. If you eat an entire pizza by yourself, you're probably gonna see poundage increase. Since I believe pictures say a thousand words, I'm putting up my newest picture and I'm also including a picture of my chart so people can see.
Well I just started sampling the weight loss program. Its so easy to do and is supposed to lose 30 pounds in 30 days. I've been on it for 3 days and I've already lost 8 lbs, 2.25 inches. Shoot at this rate, I'm gonna end up losing more than 30 pounds. I've never had that result before and I have been on doctor prescribe and monitored diets with shots included, weightwatchers, nutrisystem, Jenny Craig. I have my before picture. Gonna wait a week and then take another picture. Gonna have a picture every week. I'm pretty excited and cant' wait for a week to go by so that I can see the final result.
