Rating others, view as many pages as possible, message friends, update your kismet sometime, post in forums etc. Just use the site as much as you can to get the full effect of leveling, and add friends, get in a mentorship, a coven etc....even a coven master mark helps in leveling if you ever get one. gl! :)
