I think the Vampire Rev is a good place to find a little online home.

I've been here about two months, so I'm not the best for advice or help about this place, but I can find myself around quite well, and I will help you as best as I can if you wish.

You're off to a great start, in my opinion, by starting with a journal entry saying a little about yourself.

I'd say don't be disheartened if you don't receive many replies. I've found it's not the kind of site that generates that many replies to a post. It's the same for anybody really. I wouldn't worry about it. Just do your own thing and you'll make friends as you go.

I'll help you. I know I mentioned to you that I don't talk to people I don't know in private messages, but now you're journaling, I'm happy for you to pm me if you need help with anything relating the site.

See how you go, it'll take a while to find your feet. Like I said, I've been here a couple of months and there are some really good, caring people here. It just takes a little time to get to know people. I'll help as much as I can.

Also, when you start using the stream, we'll help you do that when you're ready - If you wish to, expect to get some 'thumbs down' - not everyone will like what you post. It's normal.
