Where Do I Go?

Where do I go? When every comes to me with their problems?

I'm the last person anyone should come to.
I have PTSD/anxiety, and depression and on top of that I have anger issues.

Sure at work I smile and joke with people, because I have to.

But like I said where and who do I go to.

Are you spiritual at all? Some find peace in prayer or meditation. Others find it through writing. I hope your friends are there for you, too.

So out of boredom, I just started watching °Taboo°. On Hulu, not sure what to think about it after the first episode but I will continue watching it.

Pain

So, I have had this pain in my left shoulder for several weeks now. I can't even hold a bag of groceries without it hurting I don't know how it even happened. I've tried over the counter pain medications they don't help, I even tried a cvd cream it didn't help. I guess next step is schedule a doctor's appointment.
