I am an artist and designer, and work in various mediums, from traditional to computer graphics. I'm an avid reader, and collect books from a wide variety of subjects. I live in the country, and have a great love of nature and the outdoors. I love the anachronistic and macabre, and anything theatrical or film related. I'm an avid film buff, and a big sci-fi and fantasy fan, but I'd rather go to a good romantic comedy than any other kind of film.
I'm 6'1", and I currently have long hair that I don't plan on cutting any time soon.
I've been on VR for years, and had deleted my profile to take a break from things, but now I'm back for more.
I know a lot of users thrive on ratings, so if I visit your profile I'll likely rate you a 10 out of the goodness of my heart. I do not expect anything in return. I do not rate Portfolios unless you include photos of yourself. I do not care how many "sock puppet" accounts you have, it's usually obvious who is who around here. Why are "sock puppet" accounts allowed? Because every "premium" account generates revenue for the site owner. And along with a lot of other mistakes made about the way the the site is designed, it's just the way things are run here.

This is my one and only profile. I do not use multiple profiles to participate in the practice of artificially inflating my "status". To be honest I don't give a rat's ass for the "status" system. I'm here to connect with like minded individuals, not to try to raise a number to denote my worth, self or otherwise.

Some people here like to pretend that they are a real vampire/witch/lycanthrope, etc. I appreciate having an imagination, and believe that people should be free to express themselves however they choose. Just don't expect me to believe your particular delusion along with you. I don't care if you insist that you drink blood. That just makes you a human that drinks blood, not a vampire. I'm perfectly happy being just who I am, and enjoy talking to others that feel that way too.

I'm old enough to know that there are a million things in this world you can have, and a billion things you can't. And I'm wise enough to know the difference. And I'm open minded about what the future may hold.
