Life throws curveballs, and sometimes the world goes completely haywire. You'd hope your friends would be there for you, wouldn't you? I've been there, facing down storms alone. There are times when you must lean on yourself, and if you're fortunate, your family. The reason my circle is small is intentional; a few true friends are worth more than a crowd of indifferent ones. When you're battling through the worst and people distance themselves, it's time to release those who never truly supported you.
Life is too short to live a lie, even if that lie is the people you keep hold of. The gravity of our existence demands authenticity. We should not waste our precious moments pretending to be someone we are not, or clinging to connections built on falsehoods. True fulfillment comes from embracing honesty, both with ourselves and those around us, even if it means letting go of what no longer serves our genuine selves.
Had tornado 🌪️ watch here. Thank God it was called off. We did get some heavy thunder and lightening and rain for a bit. Got to love Ohio bipolar weather. Thursday temps are dropping, so winter is getting closer.
Today is my sister's 60th birthday. Time goes by so fast. Have a good night VR.
Some forget they were more then entertainers they had family, friends who loved them. They touched live in different ways. I could tell you some myself, he was spoken of in my house hold, not the wrestler, the man. Stories of friendship and family. He was a human being with flaws but had a big heart. Well before internet, spoken words and action had meaning. Let's not forget he was more then a political view.
