You are so doing the right thing...if something is being a distraction and preventing you from reaching your own personal goals then you are best getting rid of it, at least for a while.
Personally speaking, I had my own targets to reach also and took a back seat with VR for about a year..it was amazing what I achieved with that time I clenched back, and it turned my life around in such an excellent way. :)
Never let go of your dreams and aspirations.. VR will always be around as long as Cancer lives or works on it :) Good luck!

I hope things get better for you! I've missed reading your journal during the time you haven't been on and will continue to miss it while you're gone but I'm glad you're doing what you need to. I understand what it's like, I don't get on here near as much as I used to and in the near future it will be even less if at all for a while.
