ok so my boss is a very busy man. He works 7 days a week at about 4 different places. He even has side businesses like rental property. I respect that. He is a physical therapist with 27 years in the field. I certainly respect that. However, he will get a "crisis" at one of the hospitals and screw up my week terribly. "I know you have a full day scheduled but somethings come up and I need you to reschedule all the patients on this date to that date. Got it? OK Thanks. Bye!"

So I get to call all the patients and reschedule them. "Yes, I realize that you have already taken the time off from work for this appointment but I won't have anyone to see you at that time." ARGH!
