1/2 oz. heather flowers
1/2 oz. meadowsweet
1/2 oz. woodruff leaves
infuse herbs in 1 gallon white wine for 4 - 6 hours. filter and chill before serving. (garnish with lemon slice or yellow flower).
2 tsp. wormwood
2 tsp. dried apple/ applemint leaves
2 tsp. dried pumpkin blossoms
infuse herbs in 2 pints in port wine for 1 week before filtering through muslin and bottling.
1/2 oz. fresh oak leaves
1/2 oz. golden pipes
1/2 oz. primrose flowers ( rose, red)
infuse herbs in 1 gallon red wine for 24 hours.
add 9 tablespoons honey and 1 tsp vanilla (opt.)
filter and chill before serving ( garnish with a pumpkin blossom)..
