In light of the worlds most annoying holiday, and in view of recent events i feel i have to voice my seemingly always so angry opinion on this. I have something to say, and You are not going to like it.



Love.



What is it to you? does it have an expirey date, or does it last forever?

Have you ever felt it, or did you just THINK you felt it?



The context in which i have heard the word used was to describe a feeling stronger then "Like" but not love itself. It's been used to comfort a person who feels alone in a world that is crumbling beneath their feet. It's been used as a word to get what the user wants.

It's been used as a word because to them that is all it is. To some, it is an entity all it's own.



To me, it is more then that. It is not restricted by time or distance. It can breach any barrier set in it's path and is the only truly immortal thing in this world. It's not invisible, nor untouchable or unreachable. Love is not an impossiblity, just a major improbability.



Ive been told "I love you" a number of times in my life time, and you wanna know the thought that ran through my head at that moment in time?



Bullshit.



Thinking back, the thought that runs through my head at the memory of hearing these same words....

Let's evaluate the situation then shall we???

You said it. I don't doubt at one point you THOUGHT you felt it...But you didn't. Dude, you've never even met me!! Not long ago you professed your "love" for me again and just reading the words made me want to back hand you. Especially after everything else you've been going on about...COME THE FUCK ON and wake the fuck up. What is wrong with you?!? You don't love me get a grip!!

You don't say that to me after posting about dates you went on, and dates you're going on and hook ups you're thinking about.

Love, leaves no room for anyone else in your heart. Even when i am Single i hold my allegiance to the one i want to be with, even though im not with them. Christ, given what probably wasnt your first opportunity at a piece of ass, you went for it...



YOU DONT KNOW WHAT LOVE IS!!!!



Love doesn't appear out of no where. It takes time, trust and a total and complete vunerablity of the soul. I never gave that to you, you never gave that to me. You cant love someone when you have never even looked into their eyes.

It takes years to develop. What you may have with someone is a connection of the soul. That is not Love....thats adoration, attachment, a connection....it isnt Love you dumb fucks!!!



Love is seeing that person cry and not only wanting to move the entire world to the left to make them ok, but actually DOING it.



Actions speak louder then words. Case in point...



He slaps you for being late home from work. Yea, that red mark across your cheek isnt love, when he says he loves you, it is just a word.

When your friend comes in and beats the guy within an inch of his life and has him on his knees in front of you apologising, THAT arm around your shoulder is love.



Saying i love you takes more then 2 seconds of breath. It takes an entire lifetime to prove. I've had 19 years to prove to my sisters how much i love them. we all know i do, not only because i mention them in every second post but because i have shown them and proved it to them over and over again. I know what it is, i know how i feel, and i know it will never, ever end.



You saying it to me after less then a year of knowing me, and then after fucking around with some next gal, IS NOT LOVE. Dumbass. Thats called having your cake and eating it too. Love does not leave room for anyone else.



Don't say that word to me when you know you don't mean it. don't say it to my friend and then screw around on them behind their back.

Just by saying the worlds most loaded sentence you are placing their heart onto a slow roasting spit.

"I dont love you anymore" is my FAVORITE line in the world, its the closest thing you'll get to a confession of truth. You dont fall out of love numbnuts!!! The day you say that to them, they, not you, the person you lied to is going to have to take their heart from above the fire and nurse every cut, bruise, gash, welt, boil and burn you caused because you werent smart enough to realise how much you didnt really care about that person.

Dumbshit.



Love is the worlds singular most over used, underrated, over analized, over exploited word in the world. That's all it is to most people.

To me it is an ideal, not an impossibility but an improbability.



Don't lie, use your fucking brain. There are a million other words out there to describe how you feel. Know that when you are about to tell someone you "love" them, that you could quite possiblity be holding their entire sanity, heart and soul in your hand. That is not a responsibility to be taken lightly.

Think before you speak.



Remember that when she says i love you, then jumps on some other males dick, she doesnt love you.

Remember that he would be with you if he loved you, not taking time away from you to meet new people.

Remember that when she says i love you without saying a word, she really does love you.

Remember that when he says I love you in everything he does for you, he really does love you.



Love isn't a word for you to use to get what you want. It's not something you use against somebody and it's not something to use to your advantage. Unrequieited love sucks, unspoken love is difficult. Real love is rare, true love is out there.



It isnt possible for someone to turn their heart on or off. You cant help how you feel and there is no such thing as a heartless person. You cant turn your emotions on or off when you feel like it. Dont be so naive and stupid to think you can. Dont EVER tell me this because in all honesty im just going to laugh in your face. You are soooo stupid if you believe this. People get hurt, that is the gamble you take. Thats love, thats life.



Love conquers all: Fear, anger, hate, distance, time, death.



When you have it don't let it go. When you don't feel it, don't keep saying it.



If you want it, go get it.
