This first image was taken back in June. I've been focusing more on my triceps.
Second image below was during my vacation and about a month after taking Creatine. On my vacation I got more creatine, L-carnitine and some pre-workout to take. The pre-workout is only on my days off. And if I'm in the mood.
We'll see if this makes any difference in a few more months to a year. Honestly I feel so fantastic!
I'm hoping to get leaner but who knows with the holidays coming up lol. Ya girl loves to eat!
Also got into quest bars. Great macros and I respect how much fiber is in em.
Some people don't like the taste but I do cause I'm a gremlin like that lol.
I don't like the protein powder as much because I don't like shakes. So I eat it with yogurt or something.

I really feel invincible on these. Faster recovery, feeling like I can get more pumps in. Sometimes I feel that I'm not doing enough of em.
Gotta get back on track after my vacation. You know what though? Just doing a little is better than not doing anything at all.

I only used the ab wheel 3 days ago and my core is still sore. That thing is no joke. Didn't even do many reps.
My only functionality right now are my legs. I suppose I could do some arm work but they might need another day after 45lb plate halos. We'll see how I feel by tonight.
