1.Instead of using hateful words try words of encouragement.
2.Replace the feeling of hatred with love.
3.Listen with understanding and kindness.
4.Show love through action.
5. Try to understand a person's situation before making a quick Judgement.
6. Love yourself

The most powerful thing you can do is to let go, Forgive and move one.
Holding Anger and resentment inside can slowly kill you from the inside. So let go of all the anger towards others and yourself and embrace love.
