being in the present seems to be hard for some so this was a hint I got a while back from some swami that was practical.
Be grateful each day that you are alive one more day. For everyday one million people die in a day. So you have a new day in the morning thank whoever you believe in and say it a few times in the day and thank him or her for other lives making it grow once you are ready to. Don't focus on past and regret it or future and what to do with it.
Think of it this way
You first then your partner kids and animals that type of way if it is just you then it is you. Does not matter what stage of life you are in life you are in
being in the present is a gift try it some time.

COULDNT HAVE PUT IT BETTER MYSELF. EVERY DAY YOU ARE ALIVE, HAVE PEOPLE THAT LOVE YOU, A MEAL TO EAT A HOME ETC, ARE REASONS TO BE THANKFUL HAPPY AND GRATEFUL. AS MANY OTHERS DONT EVEN HAVE THE BASIC NEEDS LIKE FOOD SHELTER ETC. I LOVE YOUR WAY OF THINKING.

A cautionary tale of two brothers on vr who like to mess with peoples minds in ways that make my bipolar seem normal.
I recently met a gentle on vr and did not understand the reason behind why there was a woman hunting him down on vr until he gave him vr profile to another claiming he does not know him and one it is my fault for talking to the other guy . UM no the other guy was his brother playing to be a total stranger which he was not and sounded a lot like Clarke and the other we will call waite.
Yeah a lot of chocolate is needed for this....
One Clarke lied about his last name to cover that he had a past with molesting a child of 13. he said she was 17 and that she was saying she was 20 but techiniquely no she was not. She was 13 though he was freed for good him for covering his past. whatever.
then he tells me this and believes I am the non judgmental person in the world. No I believe people should have a second chance. then we broke up because I cheated on him with waite on the internet. I did not know that texting with another is cheating till someone told me it was. So I said sorry.
He took me again then it slipped out that is my brother. I was like it sounded aot like his brother so the numbers kept changing and such. then Clarke tried to commit suicide and was in the hospital and he was dead. His phone was at his borthers house and he pretended to be the daughter and call me stupid and call me a murderer since I was the one who put him there and I was like um no I did not try to say oh yeah suicide do it. I did not give him the pills that he actually took. NOT a murderer. So I told Clarke that we could be friends. He did not want to be friends so he said I cheated again on him with his brother. I was like when did I supposably do that? he never responded instead the brother did and said I want you and Clarke call me a fat b8888
One dude is fat
two dude has no teeth
three dude is ugly
four you lie like crazy
five you destroy covens
six you then lie again
seven lie ritualistically and then yet again
eight suicide over a lie that your brother told you? errrr no thanks
choose him for pretty men cheat proven in my world they do. but to call me fat when you are a fat ass your self yeah that is what I would have to say f you and your whole family. So now I am free of the mess just be aware people women vampires and more. they are not donors they are mind game players of a wtf kind..... I think there is incest in their family that kind of thing...

And this is why I stay away from dating on social media....not that it matters to me because I'm married, but still, there is just too much drama involved and you don't know who is who behind a screen.
