Block list is starting to fill back up again as I remember why certain individuals were on there in the first place. Only 3 have gone back on so far since they all got mysteriously wiped off (seriously, did this happen to anyone else?) but I'm sure that more will follow as they crawl back out of the woodwork. Still, I believe in giving people a chance so the block won't be re-applied unless they prove deserving of it once more...
