This story or stories happened to me. One day in my youth i was at home alone. I was spending time on my pc and suddenly i heard a noise like if someone would scratch their nails on a leather coat but when i looked out no one was there. Other more scary was when in the middle of the night i heard a voice calling my then dogs name more loudly as it passed my room and disappeard all of a sudden. One more was in my dream when even in dream i was sleeping and woke up to the tap running and cupboards being open and than hearing footsteps and seeing the ghost of a small child.
