I rate in a very simple manor.

-To start, I rate you higher than you would think if you are first starting off, as i know you probably dont know alot about this site so far.

-If I realize you have not put effort into your profile and it has been over 2 months, you will get a 5 or less.

-If you have pictures but very few words i.e. "hi", "..." youll get a 4.

-If you have something similar to "Ill do this later" you get a 1.

-If you violate TOS you get a 1.

-If you are flaming another member / the site, you get a 1.

-If I can tell you have put time and effort into your profile but it is not readable, depending on how hard it is to read you will get an 8 or 9

-If you have a profile that has effort and time put into it, and it is readable, you get a 10.

-If you rate me low and do not provide a very good explanation for why so (I will probably send you a message) I will re rate you / rate you a 1.

-I ALWAYS rate those who rate me.

-If you are rating me low because of personal issues, you will get a 1.

-Although I dont wish to rate low because of some jackass who rates me low, I wont hesitate to. Some people are out here to just rate low and I understand that, and if thats your intention on this website, my rate will probably harm you more then mine, assuming you are a low level for just downing peoples profiles.

-If you are downrating for a personal issue, I dont tolerate this. Learn to either grow up and send me a message with your issue, or block me. Problem solved! I would rather be not rated than downrated for no reason.

-Please understand I am not out to get someone who has rated me low if you have. I am not doing this; I will ask you why you gave me a low rating in hopes that I can improve my page. I understand the TOS clearly state that rating is a persons opinion on your work for your profile, and I am not flaming anyone who has rated me low for a good reason.
