White and sharp.
So sharp that I can't feel pain,
But that's when the ecstacy kicks in anyway.
I can feel the warmth as it flows down my skin.
I can smell my scent that drives them crazy.
I feel weak, but I don't care.
I start to blackout from the pleasure of his sadistic kiss.
He pulls away and his perfect mouth forms a smile.
His fangs glisten with my blood.
I'm petrified from the growing desire in his eyes,
But as quickly as it appeared,
It's replaced with reassurance.
That's when I start to feel the need growing in me as well.
I'm hungry.
I can't stop it
I can't fight it
It's going to happen
Whether I hate it or like it
The sun burns my eyes
As I look deep into its core
Life doesn't matter right now
It's all such a bore
Darkness invades
As the light disappears
What's coming true now
Is my greatest fear
A man clad in black
Stands above me and grins
"Don't worry," He says slyly
"This won't hurt a bit,"
I squeeze my eyes shut
They are dry and bloodshot
The man laughs and bites me
"It will only hurt a lot!"
I feel myself weaken
As he sucks me dry
My chest starts to thud
And I begin to cry
"Please stop!" I plead, sobbing
And he simply replies
"Don't worry my dear,
You're only going to die."
"But I ask you one thing,
Since you are very clever,
Now tell me this sweetheart,
Can one really live forever?"
With what strength I have left,
I scoff and say "Why,
Mister Mysterious,
Everyone has to die."
He laughs and walks away
As my veins start to burn
My heartbeat slows
And my stomach churns
I close my eyes tightly
I just want it to end!
But eventually the pain stops
The laws of physics, I bend
"I thought I was dying,"
I said to the man
"Oh no dear," He says
As he offers a hand
I take it and give him
A befuddled look
"But sir do you not know
How much blood that you took?"
He nodded and led me
Toward a great mirror
"My dear, do you see now?
You are forever superior."
I gasp in horror
As I stare into my eyes
I am now the creature
That I'd been taught to despise
A vampire
Is what I certainly am
A bloodsucking fiend
Eternally damned .
