Clouded days seem to linger
The days seem dark
Yet I look for the light
Hoping my thoughts to spark
The moon is hid
Yet a glow can be seen
For the life has moved on
Memories only remain
Should I push on
Or do I lapse back
For the person I was
I sure wish I could catch
Color, Beauty and lines
No more is there
Grey and black
And no one cares
WHERE IS THE LIGHT

Where did it go?
The chill of the night
Yet it seems so cold
Are my eyes open?
Or am I blind
For there is no light
For me to find
The wind and Shadows play
In the moonlight it seems
Dancing and singing
Is it all a dream?
What do I do?
Do I venture on
Or run and hide
Tell the dark is gone
Where is the light
Where has it gone?
It will stay for ever
For I am dead and gone
