No prisoners to be taken, no questions to be asked.
No thought for any victims, no feelings of remorse.
Devotion to their cause, give your life for others freedom.
No bravery but stupidity, unless you want to die.
Village after village is burned to the floor.
Women and children left for dead, victims of the war.
The key to your survival is to kill or you'll be killed.
You absorb the mental torture you endure.
Descending to kill, from out of the sky.
You've been given the orders not to create but destroy.
Divided you stand, united you fall.
Descending to kill.
So much military wisdom, but so many people died.
So much power in their orders, that no-one will defy.
With fatality comes rebellion, and protest against the state.
But no protests could be heard from those at war.
Even now time has past, the war still carries on.
A few returned to tell the tale, those were the unlucky ones.
