The truth is that we can all legitimately describe ourselves as a victim of someone or something, but when has that ever done anyone any good?
Is victimhood productive ultimately?
Or are are we all just the walking wounded in search of an unconditional loving mother or father, sister or brother?
Before you or I rush to an answer about who is to blame for the world’s problems, before we look outward and lay responsibility at the feet of everyone else, we would all benefit if we started by examining the chaos within ourselves --
and considering putting ourselves in a certain order
and managing the personal inner distance between OUR OWN SENSE of order and chaos
and deeply choose to NOT make life worse for ourselves, others and those we love, and especially those whom we don't know and surround us
the exception of course is when our own right to self defense and self purpose is violently tested against the choice between living (and breathing) and incurring unnecessary injury, involuntary disability or death
