About 25 years ago I became deeply involved in the study and growing of herbs. I read as many books as I could find since this was before the days of computer searching. I searched everywhere I could find seed catalogs and ordered seeds of all kinds. The more rare and unusual the better. I even gave classes and demo's for several years. The combination of beauty and deadliness of the Foxglove intrigued me and I enjoyed growing them for many years. Digitalis comes from the Foxglove plant and while in small quantities it can save a life it can kill in larger ones. Very intriguing plant I would think.

Some people said that eternal life can be found in Herbs. I used many herbs to cook and to be used for medicinal purpose. IE, Ginger.
