i've lost it all without your touch

i dreamed of the day when you would claim me

i dreamed of the times that you would teach

i prayed for your presense beside me

how would i know i wasn't worthy.

my dreams are crushed, because of you

my hours are empty, just passing through

i can't believe i've waited for so long

for your loving comfort to be but a dream

and your the reality of it all

a nightmare in yourself, well past cruel

i thought perhaps you were merely strict

but now i see truly

you want to break me down to nothing

and build me up again
