many ages ago when i was young,

the world seemed so tasteless

so i allowed myself to sleep

for eons letting the time

fly past me as i remain untouched

when i was awakened by the sound

of a new era, something...better

different from what i recall

the beauty of this era and

the people with in it oh how my blood boils with

anticipation, to taste the blood of this era's

children, the taste would send an elder vampire

into an eternal sleep.
