sofar sogood i'm feeling good. my sugar has been down some,have alittle more energy and looseing alitle weight. don't know how much yet but will check and let you know.well tomarrow is christmas hope yall have a great one and blessed be.

12/14/05:

well seem to be doing ok. sugar is better staying around 145 still abit hi but better. my arm is still bothering me doc. gave pain med. and got to go see him in janurary hope it's not serious.

11/05/05:

i was on my way to work when a dog darted in front of me when i was turning a curve with roads wet i went into spin and did a 180 i'm ok and the dog ok but my car may be no more. bad monday

doing pretty good. pain in the ass this diabetes but i'm going to bet it. my blood sugar leveals are not great yet but are alot better then thy where,slowly comeing down. havent lost anymore weight lately seem i'm stuck at 250.THAT SUCKS!!!
