That would depend on if you have a smart phone or not. Smart phones can download calling apps, though i've never found a good one that actually works but i know there are some out there. With a calling app though, you would simply call from the app itself. Not through your usual dialer. But with all apps like that, you will need to be in wifi range for it to work, such as to make or receive the call.
