'If people were always kind and obedient to those who are cruel and unjust, the wicked people would have it all their own way: they would never feel afraid, and so they would never alter, but would grow worse and worse. When we are struck at without reason, we should strike back again very hard; I am sure we should- so hard as to teach the person who struck us never to do it again'' Charlotte Bronte
Patience is not a virtue of mine when it comes to karma retribution. There are times when even though it is unlawful I wish I could violently strike individuals who are unjust, exploitative, or unfair. There is no such thing as an innocent by stander, only the indifferent who do not act.
Why do we tolerate a lack of action? A lack of justice? A system full of despotism, irresponsibility, and negligence to the point of malice?
Truly, at what point do we surpass the mere demand a different reality and act with our hearts, minds, and fists until something gives?

Oppression will occur only for long as the oppressed tolerate it....I assume same goes for this. But then we know what assuming gets you.
