Having been told by so many people that writing things down it can help you deal with whats on your mind.
So for the first time ever I am going to attempt to write a journal of whats going on in my head in the hopes that I can deal with it!!!!
My biggest problem like anyone who has been hurt by someone in the past is that I am terrified of it happening again. And have been known to push people away just to prove myself right (this is mostly done on a sub-concious level).
I have recently met a man who makes me so happy and I don't really want to screw up this time.
So for anyone who decides to read these entries constructive responses would be appriciated!!!
